Conditional Co-Op Commit - A TBO Conditional Co-Op Commit is a non-contractual expression of interest in ownership of a residence in a future TBO Developed Community
A TBO Conditional Co-Op Commit is a means to reserve standing and seniority for choice of TBO Community Residential units. The Conditional Co-Op Commit holder will exercise or abandon their commit when all scope, cost and related conditions specified in the Concept Phase of the including TBO Community Project are met.
Conditional Legislative Commit - A TBO Conditional Legislative Commit is a non-contractual offer to provide as needed support for Legislation, Land Use Zoning changes and other initiatives needed to enable TBO Project development
A TBO Conditioal Legislative Commit is a means to show community, political and voter support for legislation, Zoning changes, tax treatment and development rights that aid in TBO Community Development. Registered TBO Participants holding Conditional Co-Op Commits and who make Conditional Legislative Commits reserve added standing and seniority for choice of TBO Community Residential units.
Confidentiality - The TBO Offering constitues a CONFIDENTIAL arrangement between TBO and each Registered User of the TBO.life website
TBO, TBO Registered Users, Technical Partners and Sponsors, constitute a special interest group who hold common interest and objectives. This relationship is voluntary but divulging confidential information outside of TBO forums and by other means may result in harm. Please see the TBO Particpant Agreement for full details.
