Conditional Legislative Commitment

A TBO Conditional Legislative Commit is a non-contractual offer to provide as needed support for Legislation, Land Use Zoning changes and other initiatives needed to enable TBO Project development

A TBO Conditional Legislative Commit is a means to show community, political and voter support for legislation, Zoning changes, tax treatment and development rights that aid in TBO Community Development. Registered TBO Participants holding Conditional Co-Op Commits and who make Conditional Legislative Commits reserve added standing and seniority for choice of TBO Community Residential units. A TBO Legislative Commit is your chance to become an valued supporter of TBO Legislation initiatives and a TBO Stakeholder who helps guide TBO Project Design, Development and Construction.
