Conditional Commit - Your rights and obligations when making a TBO Project Conditional Commit
A TBO Project Conditional Commit imposes no financial obligation on you unless and until you agree to a Pre-Construction deposit which may be needed to obtain construction financing.
A TBO Project Conditional Commit is required to hold your place in line for selection of residential units and as part of maintaining your TBO Stakeholder status, which will earn additional TBO Project rewards.
